Scope

This policy describes the CarbonDex website, including its contact form and demonstrations. It does not describe the processing of operational or customer data within a CarbonDex evaluation or deployment; those terms are agreed separately.

Information you submit

When you submit the contact form, CarbonDex receives your name, work email, and message, and any organization, role, area of interest, and industry you choose to provide. If you email us directly, we receive the contents of that email and your address.

The Copy request control places your prepared message on your clipboard only when you select it; this site does not read your clipboard. Please do not include credentials, restricted operational data, or other sensitive material in an initial inquiry.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, arrange demonstrations or evaluations you request, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell submitted information or use it for third-party advertising.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate page visits, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. The site does not use advertising pixels. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings or use Google's analytics opt-out add-on. Signing in to restricted areas of the site uses a session cookie that is required for that function.

Third-party services

Website delivery is provided through our hosting infrastructure, which processes technical request information such as IP address and browser type. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Contact requests are stored in our website database, and a notification of each new request is sent to the CarbonDex team through a third-party team messaging service. External links and your email service operate under their own privacy policies.

Retention

We keep contact requests and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, and maintain business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, contact contact@carbondex.net. We will respond to reasonable requests in line with applicable law.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. See our security page for how to report a vulnerability.

Children

This website is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children.
